Did you know women have become the primary source of income for about 40% of US families with children today?

That’s a significant number – particularly when you consider that just 4-5 short decades ago, only 10% of all families were supported by moms!

We understand how tough it can be to split your time between work/home responsibilities.  We see it all the time with our own employees who are Working Moms,  the candidates we interview and place on jobs and  our Working Mom clients!  We know your special challenges, including just simple things like getting to work on time after the daycare drop-off.  PACE recruiters work hard to find the “just right” job that will work for you!

Following on the heels of Mother’s Day,  we decided to celebrate working moms and the great job they do at work and at home.  Because we know it takes a village of co-workers, friends and the right employer to make it all work…we wanted to engage friends and employers in our campaign!

Please join the PACE Staffing Network team as we feature the working moms in our local community, and the many employers who support them.  We’d like to tell their stories and we’d like your help.
First, share your story or a friend’s story about what it’s like to be a working mom and what your employer does to support your efforts!
For each story we tell, we will make a donation to a community organization that we know really helps Working Moms – our  local  Boys and Girls Club “after school” program.
Everyone can get involved!  Share this movement on your social media pages.  Click the “like” button on Facebook, TwitterLinkedIn and Google+ pages. Remember to pick up this hash tag when you share – #PACECelebratesWorkingMoms
