Most roles filled by PACE are located in Virginia Mason’s downtown medical center and the office space the occupy within the Metropolitan Towers. All new employees (both temporary and direct hire) are trained thoroughly for their roles and may have internal mentors within the department.

Please dress professionally casual for job interviews at Virginia Mason and while on the job, this includes:

Parking, Location & Transportation

PACE provides staffing services for Virginia Mason’s main hospital and surrounding buildings as well as their offices inside the Metropolitan Towers. These locations are all within Downtown Seattle where there is no available street parking and only paid parking garages. We recommend utilizing transit for transportation to any Virginia Mason location. Once hired as a full-time Virginia Mason employee, you will be given a complementary ORCA card.
