Work Environment & Dress Code

Like many mission-empowered Healthcare institutions, Multicare is well-known for their soft skills and empathy driven culture emphasized with the warmth and flexibility exuded within all internal and patient-facing interactions. Multicare actively utilizes temporary employees to assist with projects, and cover vacations or medical leaves. They also use third party Temp-to-Hire and Direct Hire staffing services regularly to meet hiring needs they cannot fill on their own.

Employees that PACE has previously placed at Multicare have reported that they have received fantastic training and orientation that often consists of new employees partnering side-by-side with Multicare employees doing the same work.

Please dress professionally casual for job interviews at Virginia Mason and while on the job, this includes:

What do you enjoy most about working at Multicare?

The Director I would with and her team have been great! They have given me projects and trusted I will get things done. They have been patient while I learn terminology I was unfamiliar with. Lastly, they have treated me like part of the team since day one

What makes Multicare different than other places you have worked?

Multicare has an amazing culture, everyone I have meet has been supportive and nice. They have great practices in place and teams that have a positive “can do” attitude.

What advice would you give you a candidate interviewing at Multicare?

Don’t be afraid to ask for help or clarification. Directors/Managers/Supervisors will recognize your contribution to the team and appreciate you.

I am working for Multicare Behavioral Health. The things I like most about Multicare are the people I work with. They are professional, positive and knowledgeable. Multicare is a great place to work!
