Tina’s journey with PACE Staffing Network spans over a decade, as she’s worked numerous temporary assignments where she consistently shines. Her tenure speaks volumes about her dedication and the mutually beneficial relationship she shares with PACE. Through various roles, Tina has become an integral part of our network, showcasing her adaptability, reliability, and unwavering positivity. Despite the temporary nature of her assignments, Tina approaches each opportunity with a long-term mindset, leveraging her experiences to continually grow and contribute positively to every team she joins. This enduring partnership between Tina and PACE highlights the importance of fostering strong connections within the workforce, where loyalty and commitment are valued traits.

Currently, Tina works as a Regional Access Point (RAP) Assessment & Diversion Specialist at an anti-poverty and social service organization headquartered in Seattle. Tina has been instrumental in providing crucial resources to the most vulnerable populations in King County. Her commitment to service, coupled with her boundless enthusiasm, has earned her the title of Employee of the Month, a recognition well-deserved.

One of Tina’s most remarkable qualities is her willingness to tackle any challenge head-on, even in the face of limited training. One of her previous managers speaks volumes about her resilience and reliability, “Tina is personable and eager to dig in! She is friendly, helpful, and dependable too. We have put her in a tough spot because she has received very little training. She never complains. I’m grateful for her!” It’s this can-do attitude that sets Tina apart and makes her an invaluable asset to any workplace she is part of!

In a recent Q&A session, Tina shared insights into her career journey and what drives her passion for service:

Tell us about your job and what you enjoy most about it?

In my current role, I provide resources for some of the most vulnerable populations in King County. I love knowing that innately I’m contributing to the betterment of society.

Have you picked up any new skills or talents in your current role that have benefited your career?

As a lifelong-learner, Pace Staffing provides employment opportunities for personal and self-development. In each position, I walk away with tools that add to my growth.

What do you enjoy spending your time doing outside of work?

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my daughter and grand dog, Tokyo (2-year-old Shih Tzu).

How often does your recruiter check-in with you while on assignment?

The staff at Pace have become an extended family; they are always responsive and work hard to ensure everything is going well while on assignments.

Despite the temporary nature of her work, Tina’s positivity, high-quality work, and dedication have left a permanent mark on her colleagues and the workplaces she has contributed to over the past 10 years!
