Tell us in a couple sentences about your role and what you enjoy most about it!
In my current role, I have many tasks, from getting staff onboarded to updating records and everything in between. I enjoy the repetition of my job and how fast paced it can be. Of course I also enjoy working alongside some amazing team members!
How has your current role impacted your career path in the long term?
My current role has helped my career path in the long term by giving me new skill sets as well as improving my independent work ethic.

I have picked up many skills in my role as well as improving previous skills I have acquired. Some skills include accuracy, multi-tasking and self motivation.

Is this your first assignment working for a staffing company? What are the benefits of working for a staffing company like PACE in your opinion?
I have worked for a staffing agency before, but I was on the other side of things! Technically that would make this my first assignment. I love that I am within a company that helps me find jobs that are the perfect fit for me.
What has your experience been like working for PACE? How often does your recruiter keep in touch?
Working for PACE has been an amazing experience. Even when there was a hiccup on getting my IT access when originally planned my recruiter was very communicative and helpful. PACE makes it very clear that they care about their staff and the communities they serve. My recruiter checks in with me about every month to month and a half and let me tell you; that is a breath of fresh air! PACE has impressed me and continues to impress me daily!
What do you enjoy spending your time doing outside of work?
Outside of work I love to spend my free time cooking, traveling, enjoying my first year of marriage, hiking, playing board games and spending time with our two dogs. (*Bonus Fun Fact* by the time I was 19 I had traveled to Canada, Mexico, Ireland and Ecuador.)
