HR job marketing heating upWhile large employers have been beefing up their HR teams for the last several years, smaller, more medium sized companies are just getting into their recruiting rhythm and are adding HR staff as their way of getting into the race.

In the last month alone, PACE fielded and filled 8 career level openings for HR generalists, recruiters, and other HR specialists with PACE clients.   Most of these jobs were “expansion” positions – new jobs added to an already existing HR team.   All were career opportunities.  Our clients asked us to go looking for  the “best of the best”.

What does this mean for you?

If you’re an experienced HR professional and are thinking about making a change, this is a great time to be looking for your new work home – a company who is located closer to your home, a job with better matched work content, an opportunity that represents a step up in your HR career.

If you’re an employer who is feeling the “need” to add to your HR team, be prepared to spend time in the market, plus get your wallet out if you find that “one candidate” who is just right.  Starting pay has risen a good 10% across the board for the HR jobs we are filling today compared to a short 12 months ago.

Over the last decade, Human Resources has clearly elevated its status within the Northwest business community.  Finding and retaining talent is now considered one of the most important business processes a company needs to master.  Failing to find the talent needed is not an option in today’s competitive business environment.  Supporting that talent, once hired, is more important than ever!

Whatever your need, our team has a solution that will work for you.
