Work Environment & Dress Code

As a busy banking institution, Inspirus’ work environment consists of “heads-down” and customer service work, great for collaborative, hard working and positivity-driven people!
Inspirus has a Business Casual dress code within internal and call center roles but Business Professional in Member/Customer facing roles.

Parking, Location & Transportation

PACE provides staffing services to several Inspirus locations including: Kirkland, Lynnwood, Tukwila (Headquarters), and Spokane. All facilities have a free parking lot just steps away from the building’s entrance!

What do you enjoy most about working at Inspirus?

I really enjoy the team I work with. My coworkers are wonderful, my supervisor is great and I feel that Inspirus cares about us.

What makes Inspirus different than other places you have worked?

Inspirus has shown time and time again that they care about their employees well being. They are cautious to avoid overworked and overwhelming their staff and they do everything they can to help us avoid burn out.

What advice would you give you a candidate interviewing at Inspirus?

Being able to work with your team is important. Especially at the beginning, you will be relying on others to help you. Knowing how to be a team player is really helpful.

What company perks does Inspirus offer?

Free coffee, lots of food, gifts around the holidays. I got a ham for Christmas and it was really kind of them!
