Work Environment & Dress Code

Fierce’s work environment, like their training products, strives to optimize communication and conversations while maximizing team work to get results! As a culture built on transparency and productivity, employees that want to avoid pointless conversations and can identify and tackle big issues are a great fit at Fierce!

In the Fierce office, you’ll find standing desks, window seating options and open concept seating in addition to it feeling very bright and warm! – Fierce has an open desk policy and strongly believes in mentorship especially for those new to the company. Employees enjoy complimentary snacks and beverages within the office as well as frequent social gatherings.

Most of Fierce’s workforce are hired direct but they occasionally use the Temp-to-Hire model.

For interviews and “pit stops” at Fierce, please dress business professional. Once hired, feel free to dress business casual! Fierce does participate in Casual Friday’s where employees are allowed to wear jeans and sneakers but must maintain professional standards relating to grooming and hygiene throughout the week.

Parking, Location & Transportation

Fierce is located in the heart of Downtown Seattle near Pioneer Square. While it may be close to all the best Seattle has to offer – Pike Place Market, Westlake Center, theaters and more – there is limited street parking and costly parking garages available. PACE advises using transit when going to Fierce, an ORCA card will be provided upon hiring.
