Fresh off of a challenging college course load and eager to put your degree (and tuition money) to good use? We love working with college grads – helping them hit the ground running, helping them find that special job that will launch their start into the world of work.

Check out this example – a job called PROJECT COORDINATOR but in reality an ideal starter job for a new grad with a degree in business or math. We view this job as an opportunity to earn  “real world MBA” as it’s an on the job training role (at least 6-8 months) in a rapidly growing, product distribution and manufacturing company headquartered in Everett, Washington.

With heavy involvement in key areas of company operations and supply chain, including sales, purchasing, manufacturing, and warehouse, the ideal candidate will become the team’s master coordinator. The employer will teach you the specialized apps they use to communicate cross all the work teams involved in getting product out the door – a perfect exposure to the full scope of company operations.

The ideal candidate will have a high level of quantitative strengths and an eye for analytics. You must be a fast learner and adept at MS office products (especially Excel). If your classroom education or work experience has been in some area of manufacturing or production, even better!

For soft skills, our client likes all its employees to have a high energy but “go with the flow” personality but with a competitive edge. If you’ve been involved in any type of competitive sport at some point in your life, it will definitely get our client’s attention (please note on your resume)!
