In this role, you will be assisting customers via phone or email by answering account questions, requests for information or performing account maintenance while thoroughly documenting customer-facing communications.

Team members all have a knack for working with people, efficiently communicating and seamlessly accomplishing the customer service task at hand. This team is well known for their ability to multi-task and have great attention to detail so that they can talk with customers and document simultaneously.
To qualify for this Call Center Representative role, you must have 1+ years of recent experience working within a call center, a High school diploma (or GED), and hands on experience in MS Office (particularly word and excel).
