The PACE Staffing Network is particularly proud to be celebrating our 25th anniversary in the millennium year, 2000. Beginning in a small Bellevue location, today we are an entire network of multiple branches and specialty staffing services.

We serve two important customers...

For our employer customers, we design and implement staffing programs that will lower overall staffing costs, improve work output (quality and productivity), and help you through periods of change or uncertainty. All of our work is customized involving a wide range of specialized recruiting, third party employer, and outsourced workforce development services.

For our employee customers, we provide specialized career support and placement services.

We have 5 branch locations in the Pacific Northwest plus several dedicated service sites at client facilities.

We are organized into specialty recruiting groups, each focused on specific categories of jobs or industries where we have developed specialized staffing and management expertise.

PACE has affiliations across the country that allow us to keep up with both local and national staffing trends and strategies. Our mission has remained virtually unchanged over the last 25 years and has inspired the development of a wide range of staffing services and innovative solutions for the employment challenges of today’s employer and employee.
