The EOR program allows employers to quickly and efficiently onboard a range of employer sourced interim workers—from 1099 consultants to garden variety temporary workers—while reducing the risks associated with an inaccurate worker classification or denying access to core employee benefits.
Employer of Record/EOR Program cuts through the red tape of a formal hiring process and the legalities of the employment relationship and outsources all of the administrative components of the employer relationship—mandated compliance, weekly pay, payroll taxes, benefits administration, etc. EOR services allow employers to take full advantage of the benefits associated with a flexible workforce, while reducing HR costs and complexity. The EOR program includes multiple options of employer and employee support—each program is customized to the client’s needs and goals.
For the employee who prefers to work flexibly, they have access to all the convenience, predictability and benefits of a W2 relationship without any of the restrictions of core employment.
The costs of the EOR program can be as much or as little as the pay and benefit packages that will meet our client’s needs.
