Our Network. What is most unique about our approach to staffing is the size and quality of the pools of candidates, temporary or contract employees we have put together as part of our network. Our approach is unique in the staffing marketplace because our network includes not only our own internal candidate pools, but the employee and candidate pools of a large network of supplier partners who actively participate in providing employees to our clients.
For clients, our network approach means that with one call to PACE they get quick and easy access to candidate pools 5-10 times larger than would be available through just one supplier. When a client needs a large number of workers in a short period of time, our network makes sure their requests never go unfilled, that all deadlines are met. When a client needs a unique or hard to find employee, they have quick and easy access to the niched suppliers who represent the specific employees they need.
